All brake discs have ABE, also for scooters. The discs are resistant to wear and have a 30% longer life than some comparable replacement parts. All variants: Allround, RAC and EC-offroad discs are made of extremely dimensionally stable and hardened steel. The precise surface finish (thickness deviation of 2 / 100mm) prevents vibrations and improves adaptation of the pads. A uniform and decreases in temperature allows a constant pressure point. A new special alloy prevents excessive Korrossion. Laser technology permits lightweight construction with fine contours. Each disc can be driven individually with brake pads from the TRW-Lucas range.
