High-end Malossi MHR Team RHQ crankshaft for the 86cc or 94cc Flanged Mount Testa Rossa cylinders and other high-end Flanged Mount kits. Forged crank webs, forged connecting rod, 13mm piston pin (diameter), lubrication holes on the connecting rod eye, lubrication slots on the lower connecting rod bearing, finely balanced! All components are specially hardened, with excellent surface finish for greater reliability. Dynamic balancing for speeds up to 16,000rpm, forged 18 NiCrMo5 connecting rod, precision needle bearings.
On the RC-One crankcase M.5715845 for Piaggio and M.5716668 for Minarelli, this crankshaft can be installed without modification. On the Malossi C-One or other engines, the crankcase must be spindled in diameter to 76.5mm. Likewise, the Team crankshaft with 86cc big bore cylinder can be used. Here you need for the stroke compensation a suitable 5mm spacer for the cylinder base (for PIAGGIO Art. no. M0716345).
