Manufactured from a durable fabric/rubber mat, these valve drive belts undergo a meticulous production process. Initially, the material is sewn to create a roll, which is then mounted onto a vulcanization mold, defining its unique tooth profile.
Throughout the manufacturing stages, multiple layers of rubber material are applied alongside the tension cord, which is made from robust glass fiber. This tension cord is the key element that absorbs the main tensile load, enhancing stability and longevity.
It's important to note that the continuous nature of the tension cord, which is not joined, is what provides the belt with its superior tensile strength. While there is a seam visible on the inside at one point, it does not contribute to the overall stability of the belt.
This belt is enhanced by a white Teflon coating on the inner surface and features a reinforced tension cord, offering longer replacement intervals and extended service life.
