Repair is done by unscrewing and shrinking a ring of 100CR6 - hardness 840-860HV original 680-720HV
Replacement of the connecting rod bushing top Material copper (GZ-CUSN7ZWPB) - (Withstands surface pressures of 4000N per cm²)
All running surfaces are lapped Surface roughness below 1µ
Lifting pin from our own production with lateral support plugs
Conrod bearing from Japan silver plated version
