218cc Big Bore cylinder from Malossi for 125cc Piaggio Quasar engines with direct injection. 75.5mm bore and 48.6mm stroke = 218cc (compression 12.5:1) for great torque and acceleration.
The supplied Force Master 2 ECU unit features 3 programs for optimal tuning fuel consumption. Well-engineered cylinder, piston and rings. An excellent choice for vehicles used daily.

1. The original cylinder head can be used with the Malossi cylinder kit. Additional performance increase using the Malossi cylinder head M.3813273.
2. When using the original cylinder head, the compression ratio increases. Starting the engine with E-Start or Kick-Start is made much more difficult. We therefore warmly recommend the use of our decompression kits to protect the battery, starter and kickstart mechanism.
3. KIT.PI.39378 = decompression kit for Piaggio engines 125cc with capacity extension old head. You need this kit if your vehicle has the older version of the Piaggio cylinder head (rocker arm with sliding shoe). Mostly built until 2014, but also longer.
4. KIT.PI.39390 = decompression kit for Piaggio engines 125cc with capacity extension new head. You will need this kit if your vehicle has the newer version of the Piaggio cylinder head (roller rocker arm). Mostly installed from year of construction 2014. (Only applies to Piaggio Beverly and Vespa GTS.)
5. When installing the Malossi cylinder head M.3813273 no decompression kit is needed. However, the assembly instructions of the Malossi cylinder head described must be followed.
