Polini recommends this injection module for its tuning cylinders on 4-stroke injection engines in the maxi scooter range to ensure the best performance and longevity of the cylinders. The ECU engine control unit connects plug-and-play to the appropriate sensors and actuators on the vehicle and affects the ignition mapping and fuel injection amounts. Pre-programmed settings are selectable and pre-programmed for a setup with Polini cylinder and Polini exhaust, and a setup without Polini exhaust. The use of a Polini variator is recommended. In addition, a rotary potentiometer can be used to increase or decrease the fuel injection quantity by up to +/-3%.
