The BGM PRO 13 inch rims for the Vespa GTS models are identical for the front and rear. They therefore have different depth dimensions for the mounting bolt holes than the factory rims. Shorter bolts are therefore used for the front wheel rim than ex works.
The BGM PRO mounting kit contains all relevant mounting parts. However, the original washers (M8) are still used.
