Polini Evolution clutch kit with 4-disc clutch and shaft spring suitable for Vespa with central spring like Vespa Primavera PK 50, 125 and small frame models. Because of the temperature-resistant sintered friction lining mixture especially suitable for tuned engines from 15PS and more.
The innovative wave spring was designed with high precision. Due to its structure, this spring distributes the pressure evenly on the friction area. Thus, a pressure of up to 200kg can be built up. To do this, the contact point of the spring must be adjusted using the adjustment washers included in the kit. The standard setting is 80kg. The clutch hub has a special centre seat to ensure that the wave spring is optimally seated. The clutch hub and the separating discs are made of nitrite steel (increased friction coefficient).
Tip: Polini recommends soaking the friction discs in oil overnight before installation.
The Polini 4-disc clutch is alternatively also available in the Race version with cork-based pads for standard engines or tuning up to 15hp (230.0502).
