The materials Qste 420 and Qste 460 are always used for sprockets. Centre holes are machined on CNC automatic machines to a precise fit and fixing holes for screws are countersunk and cleanly deburred. Toothing in the Diamond-Cut results in best running properties and guarantees radial and axial runout tolerance of less than 0.2mm.
