When the engine is running, friction and heat are automatically generated. The engine must therefore be cooled as well as possible to prevent overheating.
The water radiators consist of pipes with fins in between. The coolant flows through these pipes. A continuous flow of air cools the liquid and thus prevents the engine from overheating.
