The SONAX Eccentric Pad Hard 150 is a premium, high-density polishing sponge designed for machine polishing of vehicle paints using eccentric polishing machines. Its innovative, open-pored design offers optimal aeration, ensuring long service life and excellent temperature resistance during use.

This polishing pad features a convenient Velcro fastener for quick disc changes, allowing for seamless operation. The beveled edge enhances handling and maneuverability, making it ideal for detailed polishing tasks. It is compatible with backing pads that have a diameter of 150 mm and works best with SONAX PROFILINE ExCut 05-05.

Product Application

• Align the polishing wheel centrally on the backing pad.
• Avoid overheating the polishing area for optimal results.
• To protect the sponge, avoid polishing with excessive pressure or extreme tilting.
• Regularly blow out the pad with compressed air during use to maintain performance.
• Keep polishing pads clean and ensure they are not used with different polishing agents to preserve their quality.
